Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. and we ask you to vacate the apartment on the day of departure by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. Checking in earlier and checking out later is only possible after consultation.

You can use our Gastfreund app conveniently and easily Have fresh bread and pastries delivered to your house every day. Billing takes place with the room bill. Orders can only be considered until 3 p.m.

You can walk to the lake in about 8 minutes, to the cable car in 1 – 2 minutes and the golf course is in the immediate vicinity, in approx . 1 minute walk away.

As our house guest, you benefit from numerous discounts when renting bicycles & Ski equipment in our in-house sports shops. You can also use our Planberg & Wiesen lifts free of charge for the duration of your stay.

Your room card is also your guest card. With it you may receive smaller discounts and, use public transport for free.
It also entitles you to purchase the Experience Card at a price of € 84.00 or € 42.00 for children. This allows you to use numerous destinations such as mountain railways, Achensee boat trips, museums, Achenseebahn etc. free of charge for a week.

Are unfortunately not allowed in our house out of consideration for allergy sufferers.

Free parking spaces are available in front of and next to the house. We ask you to park longer vehicles in a way, that the sidewalk in front of the house is not blocked.

We wash and dry your laundry for a fee.

Fast fiber optic internet is available to our guests free of charge. You will receive the access data upon check-in.

All apartments with Smart TV (Netflix, YouTube...).
